4. Osushi

BACK BAY.   Located as it is in Copley Place, Osushi certainly doesn't want for lack of business. Of course, the convenience factor only partially explains this place's appeal. Hip and very sexy, the black and red minimalist space draws a cool mix of business types, international travelers and Back Bay hipsters. Sushi and sashimi are masterfully prepared using only the freshest available ingredients, and each dish is evocatively presented. The sake selection, unsurprisingly, draws vast approval from those who fancy themselves rice wine connoisseurs, and more adventurous palates should consider taking the plunge in one of the bar signature saketinis.   (© 10Best)

Great food! Not a cheap sushi joint, but well worth every $. Food is great + Chef is an artist! Service is pretty good. Bar is nice.
