The drink menu features handcrafted brews, including root beer, ales, and stouts. The menu features Asaigo-artichoke cheese dip and tomato basil quesadillas to start and such delectables as brick-oven pizza, smoked chicken enchiladas, and brown ale-battered smoked fish and chips to follow.

Run by identical triplets, this casually sophisticated restaurant features live music, international wines, and an excellent menu. Themed performances are scheduled Tuesdays through Sundays and include blues, salsa, and Brazilian music. The menu features organic offerings including vegetarian French onion soup, a salad made with smoked Colorado ruby red trout, and seafood bisque with crab. Tasty goodies to be sure.
