Dot's is a diner that transports you back to the 1950's, with old-fashioned booths and a counter with classic chrome and vinyl stools. The traditional menu includes all your favorites: egg combos (including huevos rancheros and omelets), French toast, cinnamon rolls, hash browns, and buttermilk biscuits with red-eye gravy. Watch out, you won't need lunch! Breakfast only on the weekend.

Create your own omelet or crêpe at this popular and intimate cafe. The "Boulder" omelet features broccoli, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese and is topped with pesto or salsa. Foolish's huevos are served on a crêpe with black beans, house potatoes, veggies and cheese, and then topped with two eggs (any style) and salsa.
