Big Sky Ski Resort

With its tallest peak reaching 11,188 feet, this ski resort, located in the Madison Mountain Range, is a skier's paradise. The Big Sky Resort is opened year-round and provides recreational activities such as golfing and white water rafting in the summer and skiing in the winter. The area's beauty is spectacular no matter what the season, and the terrain offers great downhill and cross-country skiing.

Bridger Bowl

Pristine surroundings and optimum skiing keep drawing people to one of the Northern Rockies' best spots. Bridger Bowl is relatively unspoiled and offers trails for the experienced and amateur skier. The natural terrain is filled with snow-covered glades, bowls, and slopes.

More than a dozen elaborate historic homes can be found between Main Street and the university along Willson Avenue. The Chamber of Commerce offers a guided tour highlighting the mansions and cottages located along this route.
