THE STRIP.   Outback is a great destination for enjoying energetic live music in a variety of styles. Once you're there, choose between two different venues – the outdoor upper-level deck or the lounge – each with its own band. The bar serves a selection of beers and wines, some of which hail from Australia, and sandwiches and appetizers help ward off the munchies. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4pm till 7pm.
