This is a terrible place to eat. It ruined our evening with the worst food I have seen in years. Deffenetly a tourist trap.

This place was horrible. Bad food, bad service, and was overall dirty. The big party next to us left and the table was left dirty throughout our whole meal. The vegetables tasted like they were right out of a can and the rest of the food was either cold, fatty, or just plain disgusting. We will never be back.

We stayed in Branson April 24, 2007. We wanted to eat good catfish. After reading some of the bad reviews of the Plantation, we decided to go ahead and give it a try. This was a big mistake. It was dingy and dark to say the least, the buffet was ok as far as looks, but the food quality was very poor. We ate very little, and left very unhappy. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless they clean it up and put out better food. The hot cobbler was good, and of course the ice cream. The cost was $11.99 and we could have gone to Landrys or Red Lobster or about anyplace else that would have had good quality food.
