2. Brighton Palace Pier

Pubs, theme park rides, restaurants, and video games are all provided at this must-see attraction. This is not one of Brighton's classiest sights, but it is full of fun and entertainment for all. The pier was constructed in 1896. At the turn of the century, the quay was renamed the Palace Pier; these days its formal title is Brighton Palace Pier. Although entrance to the pier is free, the rides, games and attractions charge a fee.   (© 10Best)
