Built in 1140, this cathedral has played a vital role in the city's history. Its architecture reflects British and European sensibilities, and the interior is comprised of paintings, mosaic floors, carvings, and a 300-year-old organ. There are separate areas for prayer,a refectory serving light snacks and drinks, and there's also an on-site bookshop. You can also go on a guided tour every Saturday - see the schedule on the website or call for details.   (© 10Best)
