The world's oldest Methodist chapel was built in 1739 by John Wesley. The well-preserved chapel has retained its 18th century decor and furnishings. Above the chapel you'll find the rooms formerly occupied by the influential evangelist, as well as his brother Charles, the prolific hymn writer. Traveling clergy often lodged here on their way through Bristol. Guided tours by arrangement.   (© 10Best)
