2. Cheddar Caves and Gorge

Britain's biggest gorge, Cheddar Gorge, is a major attraction in the UK, as are the
million-year-old ice age riverbeds. There are two caves available for viewing - Cox's Cave and Gough's Cave. These limestone wonders resulted from the gradual erosion caused by underground water flow. Especially amazing are the massive stalagmite and stalactite formations.
