Britain's biggest gorge, Cheddar Gorge, is a major attraction in the UK, as are the
million-year-old ice age riverbeds. There are two caves available for viewing - Cox's Cave and Gough's Cave. These limestone wonders resulted from the gradual erosion caused by underground water flow. Especially amazing are the massive stalagmite and stalactite formations. There are adventure activities including climbing and abseiling.
