LOWER TOWN.   Renowned restaurant stylist Antoine Pinto has blended ancient and modern here to create an elegant fusion of modern furnishings and 19th-century glitz. The grandly arched stained glass ceiling supported on marble columns creates a breathtaking dining space. The food is tasty modern Flemish-French.
