IXELLES.   Was known for many years as "The Avenue", but has since been given a makeover and relaunched by head chef Andre d'Haese and his partner Martine. The fine French cuisine (although Spanish tapas also appear on the menu) is prepared to the highest standards, as befits the restaurant's location: in a sumptuously decorated classical townhouse on Avenue Louise.
