LOWER TOWN.   One of Brussels' best Chinese and most popular restaurants is also handily located right at the heart of things, a few minutes on foot from the Grand Place. The décor is very much old school Chinese restaurant, perhaps these days a little corny with its abundant dragons and lanterns, but the food speaks for itself and makes a visit worthwhile.   (© 10Best)
