TONAWANDA.   This dark tavern's a cozy spot to frequent, preferably over beer and chili, on a cold day. Swiston's offers a bare bones menu; however, fans of the area's beef on kummelweck contend there's no room for improvement upon Swiston's version of the legendary sandwich.
