We ate there twice
After reading reviews of Salavator's Italian Garden I was hesitant about eating there. My wife announced that she wanted to eat there so I took a chance. I was ready for a snotty matre'd and so so service. Boy was I wrong. Every person we encountered on the staff was far above average. The food was great. If you want to eat cheap, this is not your place. It was such a good experience that we went back the following evening, a Friday. We had different wait satff but the same caring service. It was a real pleasure to see children well dressed and well behaved. We compared to our New York experiences. It may not surpass 21 but it was a lot better than the Four Seasons.

It just keeps getting better
We love to go to salvatore's. It has been like three years since we have last gone becasue we have moved away. Their dining room menu has takeing an amazing jump with prices that are affordable for normal people. Everything is included you do not have to pay for salad potato or vegtable. Must go back I wish we could take their chef with us.!!!

food was good to average; but condescending maitre' de. They say you must check your coat. When wife said she's always cols and preferred to wear her coat, the coat check lady said ok as long asshe didn't take it off. Ok, but then another hostess warned us again and the the maitre 'de warned us yet again. When we said we now had been told three times, he got snotty and arrogant, saying it was for liability reasons, so no one trips and sues. Don't they think they will lose more business than any economic gain from not being sued? Can't they at least do so diplomatically and once (perhaps a sign) rather than three times. After this happened, I googled the restaurant and coat and found that others had the same ridiculous experience. I don't know if this was the rule when the father owned the restaurant but hopefully the son will realize the error of this being their policy.
