9. Hertel Avenue in North Buffalo

the Hertel district is a wonderful, urban area with a plethora of restaurants, cafes, antique shops and bars with enough of variety to please everyone's taste. The North Park Theatre is a 1930's style theater that draws a faithful crowd. This cinema show mostly foreign films. Cafe Allegro is a gem nearby. The area has plenty of parking on the nearby streets and has pizzerias that stay open until 4:00 a.m. Try that in any other city!
