Spirit of Ethan Allen Lunch Cruise The cruise was wonderful. Beautiful views of Burlington and Lake Champlain. The food, not so good. No selection. Salad, one choice of meat (pork), mac n cheese (I'm allergic to cheese) and rolls. Dessert - all contained dairy. :o( Wouldn't pay for the lunch again, just the cruise.
