DOWNTOWN.   This fun, eclectic eatery resists all attempts at categorization. Thai pork loin and a slew of stir fries insure that appetites keen to a bit of Asian will not be denied; meanwhile, those with other tastes will be happy to find rack of lamb, Italian risottos, Moroccan chicken, and Southwestern-style fajitas on the menu. Expect a high-energy scene, and know that the place tends to get festive at times, especially on weekends, when students from UVM head over for a bit of wining and dining.
