The dining room boasts a homey, country inn appeal – yellow-hued walls, fresh-cut flowers, well-appointed tables, and cushioned chairs. Sunday brunch might include the likes of whole-wheat apple pancakes with Vermont maple syrup or French-style crêpes stuffed with mascarpone cheese and smoked salmon. Among the tempting dinner options are Duo of Rabbit with sautéed fennel and port reduction, Seared Grouper with lobster dumplings, and ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta.
