SHELBURNE.   Everything about Christine and Patrick Grangien's Café Shelburne points to a truly impeccable dining experience – the cozy, village-like setting; the tastefully-decorated yet unpretentious space; the courteous, professional waitstaff; and, of, course, the fabulous contemporary French fare. Indeed, Chef Patrick's culinary skill shines through in dishes like pan-sautéed pork loin, roasted rack of lamb with flageolet bean purée, and handmade ravioli stuffed with Vermont goat cheese.
