An exciting breakfast choice is the Zydeco Breakfast – two eggs served any style, black beans, Andouille sausage, and corn muffins. Also available from the griddle are buttermilk, buckwheat, or gingerbread pancakes. If you yearn for other options there are always the create-your-own egg dishes.
