I grew up in Burlington and I like to tell people here in Texas about Bove's all the time... it's literally part of the Burlington landscape. If you ask a local where you should eat, Bove's always comes up. It's nothing to see people lined up outside in below zero weather waiting for a booth to open up. Barbeque to Texans is like Bove's to Vermonters!
