MOHANDISEEN.   When the food's this good, what do we care if Cairo's premier Indian restaurant is named after a city in Afghanistan? Must-eats among an array of excellent dishes are the naans (the best in town, so throw away that carb-counter) and the succulent, spicy kebabs.
