The Buzz -- The long and rich history of the Highland Games has stretched across the world, even to Calgary. Calgary's Annual Highland Games gives visitors a chance to learn about the heritage and history behind the games, while also enjoying a full range of entertainment. Activities on tap include sheep dog demonstrations, piping and drumming and heavy events, including the popular hammer throwing. For children, there are kid's activities such as mini golf.
