11. Raw Bar at Hotel Arts

My wife and I went to Raw Bar two weekends ago and tried the Chef's multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was outstanding. Turns out the Chef changes up the tasting menu each week and the bartenders come up with different wine and liquor pairings for each dish. Room is very cool and contemporary -- fits in well with the funky decor at Hotel Arts. Our server told us they offer poolside dining in the warmer summer months as they have the most amazing pool scene. Food was great, service was friendly and attentive, ambience was lively and contemporary. We'll be back for sure.
