2. Shepreth Wildlife Park

Shepreth Wildlife Park has come a long way since the early days as an animal sanctury in 1979. It began with an injured Jackdawn who has since been joined by countless other animals such as Tigers, Lynx, Puma, Lemur, Monkeys, Meerkats and many many more. SWP is concerned with animal conservation and raises money for countless animal welfare charities as well as rescuing orphaned animals. The Park has a children's play area which will be joined by a play barn (indoor soft toy play area) in September 09, ensuring that visitors can have fun whatever the English weather throws at us.
