4. Little St. Mary's Church

This church next to Peterhouse College has a pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The majority of the glasswork in the church dates to the 19th century, and the contemporary glass entrance doors date to the late 20th century. Visitors are encouraged to look for the commemorative plaque in honor of George Washington's great-uncle, Godfrey Washington. The wild garden in the churchyard is also a worthwhile stop.   (© 10Best)
