Opposite the Cambridge Leisure Park, this restaurant boasts 'ethical fine-dining'. As well as serving top-notch freshly-made food, they claim to reduce their carbon emissions as much as possible and to source all their food locally and from sustainable farms. It makes the food taste so much nicer to know it came from an ethical source! They even serve pig's trotter and four-hour roast pork belly. Tuesday night is Jazz night, with a £35 per head set menu including the jazz – check the website to find out who's playing and make sure you book your spot in advance.
