2. Jimmy'z

High prices do not make high quality. I was there last night and asked for my bottle of vodka that I had left there a few weeks before. Low and behold they had lost it. They even tried to claim that actually maybe I was mistaken and that I had actually not left a bottle! After 20 minutes of conversation (with the waiter who was responsible for the section I had been sitting at previously) I was presented with a bottle of half empty vodka with my name on it. Not wanting to create a fuss I accepted the compromise bottle (despite the fact the bottle I left was almost full). To make matters worse when I drank some it was clear that it had been diluted significantly. When I highlighted that to the waiter his "solution" was to give me a glass of (non-watered down) vodka! It seems that Jimmy'z thinks it is acceptable that when they lose a customers bottle then they can go find an almost empty one, top it up with water (of whatever they used!), slap a sticker on it with the customers name and then serve that! Suffice to say, I won't be going back there again.
