The much-desired items are displayed along the walls on built-in shelves or on glass-topped cubes that are strategically placed throughout the room. Inimitable for style good or bad; it also totally fails on the service, as you feel more like an intruder than as a customer. I like Gucci, but if I could order it by phone or Internet I would do it.
