9. Parque del Este

A pleasant patch of green among the Caracas urban sprawl, Parque del Este offers a natural respite. It provides play places for sports enthusiasts, courts for tennis, fields for soccer and trails for hiking. The park also houses a small zoo and the Humbolt Planetarium.
