1. Alexandra Gardens

Located in the heart of Cathays Park and the Cardiff Civic Centre, the beautiful flowerbeds and trees found in this park provide foreground for photos of the City Hall complex. In the center of the gardens is the Welsh National War Memorial, an interesting structure of Corinthian-style columns and bronze statues, constructed in 1928 to commemorate those who died in the First World War.   (© 10Best)
