The Buzz -- Held in July, the Welsh Proms is one of the top musical festivals in Wales. Some of the best soloists, bands, and even the National Orchestra of Wales are mainstays at this eclectic gathering of musical tastes and talent, which includes everything from opera to traditional Welsh song and dance. The festivities reach their climax on the Last Night of the Proms. Events all take place at the excellent St David's Hall.
