6. Cardiff Winter Wonderland

The Buzz -- Get your skates on and head over to Cardiff this Christmas. Over nearly two months of the festive period, a huge rink is set up in front of the civic centre where kids and adults of all ages can try their hand (and balance!) on the ice. Mum can sit and watch in the café bar or heated terrace, and there's a traditional carousel and rides for younger children. Sponsored by bmibaby, the ice rink is just one of many special events put on to celebrate Christmas in Cardiff.
