5. River Island

If you're looking for club wear in the Cardiff area, try River Island. Most of the women's apparel is designed to be fun – decorated with spangles, glitter, and animal prints – and seems to reflect the lively reddish-orange décor that dominates the ladies' department. New River also carries an admirable selection of basics, nice overcoats, shoes, and jewelry. The store is usually fairly crowded. A men's department is located on the second floor.   (© 10Best)
