Built in the 14th century, this unique town-home is the last remaining building of its kind. Exhibits of typical medieval trade guilds, as they were when this was Carlisle's meetinghouse in 1400, consist of the butcher's, the tailor's, and the silversmith's. Added showcases include various children's games and a trunk with an enormous lock that once held the city's valuable items. Guests may choose to take a guided tour or a self-guided tour to view the interesting exhibits.
