The Best Western Cumbria Park Hotel is a long established family-run hotel, which is attractively furnished throughout, with a distinguished impressive brick facade along with awarding winning gardens. In the Conservatory Lounge you may find a relaxing atmosphere, complete with a fully stocked bar and serving a wide selection of bar meals. The recently refurbished Garden Suite Restaurant offers a variety of menus with generous helpings of good, home made food. Guest bedrooms come in various sizes; all are individually styled and tastefully decorated, with modern amenities. For something a little extra special, we have executive rooms, one of which has an antique four-poster bed. With six meeting rooms, which were also included in the recent refurbishment program, we feel sure you can find the ideal venue for any meeting accommodating up to 120 delegates. We are conveniently situated close to the city centre, in the pleasant north suburbs of Carlisle, with a wealth of attractions to choose from in and around Carlisle, including the medieval Castle and Cathedral, Tullie House Museum and Art Galley, with local exhibits from Roman times to present day. The Sands Center offers regular concerts, theatre, ballet and other shows. Carlisle is an excellent base for leisure guests to take advantage of the beautiful English Lake District, Hadrians Wall Country and Scottish Borders.
