 EDITOR REVIEW: GLENROCK. Located in the historic Hotel Higgins, Paisley Shawl is well worth the half-hour drive to nearby Glenrock. Indeed, folks place high value on a meal in the dining room's cozy confines, where the decor juxtaposes rustic frontier elements with antique mirrors, fine china and silver, framed black and white photos, and beautifully restored hardwood furniture. As for the restaurant's namesake, the framed shawl displayed in the main dining room was hand-loomed in Scotland and brought to Wyoming in 1903. During warmer months, outdoor seating is available on a shaded deck. Weekend reservations are suggested.
