(based on 5 user ratings)  EDITOR REVIEW: CASPER. One of the area's more exclusive establishments, 303 Grill is housed in the old, brick Prairie Publishing building, which dates from the 1920s. Contrasting with the building's rustic exterior are the interior's unique decorative elements, from walls of brushed steel-hammered copper to bamboo floors and unique contemporary art. Enhancing the place's flair for the cosmopolitan are creative entrees like spa citrus chicken with broiled pink grapefruit, Delmonico steak with caramelized shallots, and pan-seared flounder with white wine.
