3. College Square Mall

I like college square mall, but I do have to complain about Zales. My husband purchased my engagement ring there so we picked out our wedding bands there too. Each time I went there I dealt with a different person who contradicted the person I spoke with before. Nobody who works there knows what they are talking about. They apparently don't do any training with new employees. I'm so pissed with the service there. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Zales at college square mall!!
