CEDAR RAPIDS. This 416-acre park sits on the banks of the Cedar River just north of downtown Cedar Rapids. It offers plenty of "on water" activities, and pursuing them is easy since visitors can rent canoes, kayaks, paddleboats and rowboats. Water skiing facilities and a swimming area are also available.
