4. Dunes West Golf Club

MOUNT PLEASANT.   Winding its way along the Cooper River, this course is located on the property of a pre-Civil War plantation. Water hazards and marsh pinch the wide fairways and a number of bunkers protect the greens. Accurate approach shots are necessary to avoid the greenside hazards and thick rough.
