The Buzz -- This festival is the little sister to the annual and nationally recognized Spoleto Festival held in Charleston. Piccolo Spoleto runs concurrently with Spoleto but focuses on regional talent, with many of its events being free to the public. Craft shows are offered two of the three weekends of the festival. Events are held at various venues throughout Charleston, such as the Planters Inn, Timberland High School, Waterfront Park, and the Rooftop Bar at the Vendue Inn.
