DOWNTOWN.   This fabulous place, frequented by a young professional crowd, is a great destination when you simply want to relax and enjoy drinks and appetizers (great hummus!). Accessible via elevator or stairs, the place is best experienced at sunset, when the city's spires and steeples are silhouetted against a glowing, multi-hued sky. ...a large section of condo buildings now block the once beautiful view of the harbor. Also the rooftop gets very hot even in the evening since the condos block the breeze from the water.
