MOUNT PLEASANT.   Restaurateur Sal Parco is well-known among Charleston foodies, and his foray into casual Italian is a success. Housed in a former chain pizza joint, the restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but inside it's warm and contemporary with art glass light fixtures and high center tables. Start with a perfectly-dressed salad or the rich portobello piccata, then enjoy house made tortellini, comforting spaghetti and meatballs, or an unusual but tasty dish of mussels with an orange-based sauce.
