ISLE OF PALMS.   For on-island dining, Morgan Creek at the IOP Marina offers the best, with a casually upscale ambience and views out over the water. Although there are numerous options, from steaks to fried shrimp, the kitchen really shines when preparing the fresh catch of the day, grilled or blackened to your specifications with a choice of six sauces and eight sides.
