Try the USDA Prime beef, roasted rack of venison or Colorado rib lamb chop. Those with tastes for the finer things in life, meanwhile, may want to sample the beluga caviar and fresh lobster. Accompany your finely prepared meal with a selection from the wine list, and complete the experience with a glass of single malt scotch and good cigar.
