The Buzz -- Uptown turns green (and not with envy!) each March when folks with things Irish on their minds gather to participate in the Queen City's annual St. Patrick's Day parade and festival. The events cluster on and around Tryon Street, and those attending can expect to see Celtic bands, traditional Irish dancing, pipers and tons of emerald on display. Food and drink, of course, will be on hand at the festival, and there will also be plenty of activities to occupy the kids.
