That's not to say that the kitchen endeavors to totally recreate tried and true dishes, but what it does seek to do is give them a few unexpected turns. Ergo, your Alaskan halibut may come with a side of grits, or your salmon may have horseradish crust. I would have to say that exquisite is the closest adjective to describe the white fin tuna sandwich. The sandwiches perfect assembly, and construction led to the most glorious consumption of 2009. The service was reasonable, and helpful. I will not let this be the last visit.

Great food beautifully presented, from beginning to end! Fun, efficient, helpful wait staff. This meal was the perfect ending of a great day in Charlotte.
