SOUTHPARK.
Terracotta stained floors, granite counters, and an open kitchen mark this restaurant's interior, and an additional dining area, accented with stone work, topiaries and a trellis, is open to outdoors. Irresistible starters like tomato basil bisque with goat lady chevre crostini whet your appetite for amazing Northern Italian masterpieces such as grilled leg of lamb with cannellini beans, butter bean and pea "cassoulet," and rosemary chevre mashed potatoes. Several unusual pizzas, baked on organic whole wheat sour dough, are also a hit.

Secret Cheeseburger available for those wanting the best one in Charlotte. Fresh ground tenderloin over a wood fire make the most amazing high end burger I have tasted. The fries aren't too shabby either.

Southern hospitality at it’s finest! Wonderful wine list featuring a wide variety of French, California and Spain. I was tempted to order the '82 Mouton Rothschild but my wife said no. Food is amazing. I had the scallops with a tarragon burre blanc sauce to start, then a fried oyster salad with a creamy balsamic dressing with a hint of bacon. For an entree, I ordered the leg of lamb served on top of a mushroom polenta, out of this world! I would highly suggest this restaurant to anyone who enjoys dining and appreciates attention to detail.
